Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time after processing: 7-15 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to fully update after receiving your shipping notification, as packages may take time to register in carrier systems.

Some shipments may show limited tracking updates during the final delivery stage. If your tracking has not updated for several days but your estimated delivery date is approaching, your package is most likely in transit through the final carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PawGlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual delivery
  4. If still not located, contact us at info@pawglo.co

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective, please contact us at info@pawglo.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
